RETURNS POLICY

 You may return the dress for a refund or exchange within 24 hours of receiving it, if the following occurs:

- You receive a dress that is damages or faulty.

- You receive the wrong dress. 


To initiate a return, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the dress and receive return instructions. 

CHANGE OF MIND

We understand that sometimes plans change. However, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" once your order has been placed.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after receiving the returned dress and verifying its compliance with our returns policy. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, minus any applicable fees or deductions.

CANCELLATIONS

- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup date are eligible for a 50% refund of the rental fee.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup date date will be charged in full.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

- In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged dress, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the issue.
- We will assess the situation and, if deemed faulty or damaged prior to delivery, provide a full refund or offer an exchange for another dress.
- If the dress is found to be faulty or damaged due to misuse during the rental period, the customer will be responsible for repair or replacement costs.

LATE RETURNS

If the dress is returned after the specified return date, late fees will apply. The customer will be charged an additional 10% of the full cost each day the dress is late. Continued late returns will result in additional penalties and affect eligibility for future rentals.
