RENTAL AGREEMENT

By proceeding with the dress hire from Hire by Feliciti, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Please read this document carefully.

- The rental period starts from the date of pickup as specified in your booking and ends on the return date indicated in your order.
- The dress must be returned to Hire by Feliciti by the send of your hire period. Failure to do so will result in late fees and penalties.

- The Customer assumes responsibility for the dress from the time of pickup until it is returned to Hire by Feliciti.
- If the dress is damaged, lost, or stolen during the rental period, the Customer will be held liable for the repair or replacement cost of the dress.

- If the dress is returned after the specified return date, the Customer will be charged 10% of the full cost of the rental for each day it is late.
- Continued late returns may result in additional penalties and may affect the Customer's eligibility for future rentals.

- A refund may be issued in cases of the businesses inability to fulfil the rental agreement due to unforeseen circumstances or unavailability of the dress or if a dress is received by a customer is faulty / damaged / wrong item.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and in accordance with the businesses refund policy.

- The business reserves the right to modify or update this rental agreement at any time. The updated terms will be effective for all future rentals.
- It is important that you as the customer make yourself familiar with Hire by Feliciti’s policies and procedures before placing an order.

- The Customer acknowledges that the dress is provided in good condition, cleaned, and well-maintained by Hire by Feliciti.
- The Customer agrees to return the dress in the same condition as received, with no stains, tears, odours, or alterations. The dress must be returned with all accessories intact if applicable.

- The Customer agrees to handle the dress with care and to use it only for the intended purpose.
- The Customer will follow any care instructions provided by Hire by Feliciti to ensure the dress remains in good condition during the rental period.

This rental agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Customer and Hire by Feliciti and supersedes any prior agreements or representations, whether written or oral. If you have any questions or concerns about this Agreement, please contact us for assistance.
